At The Jacksons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and the packing slip provided in your order.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
